One of Nate's favorite mission companions (Elder Macon) surprised us and showed up at our doorstep one night. It was so great and such a surprise!! Nate was so happy to see him and meet his wonderful family. They have the cutest little girl, Gemma. We are so happy to be back in touch with them!
I can't watch this video without sobbing. But also without realizing how wonderfully blessed I am. Blessed to be a mother. Blessed to be a wife. Blessed to be alive and healthy.

We had a great Easter! Saturday we went to Nate's moms house and had a really fun egg hunt. (in the house because there was too much snow~!) On sunday, Nate and I had the opportunity to go to the afternoon session of conference. It was amazing! We then went to Nate's Dad's house for another egg hunt and yummy dinner!
someone please tell my son that he is actually NOT a dinosaur and he can now stop growling and scaring everyone!
We had a lot of fun on Halloween! Nathanial was so excited to go trick or treating. (Okay, Nate and I were too) Then we headed over to some friends house for a party.
We started out the month with a wonderful vacation to Disneyland. We had been planning it for a year! It was so much fun!
(despite Nate getting food poisoning!)
I was worried that Nathanial was a little young, but he LOVED it! He still talks about it daily. It was so fun to be there when it was decorated for Halloween!
Nathanial loves Toy Story, especially Buss Like-Year: as he calls him! So that is the first place we headed.
After the Buzz ride we waited in line for the Nemo Submarine Ride.
Nathanial was so tired from anticipation and excitement--we had been talking to him about Disneyland for 6 months!
We were walking through the park and ran into this crazy mouse! Nathanial was literally star struck. He kept jumping up and down (as you can see in the picture) And then along came minnie. He kept wanting to give her kisses. (what a ladies man)
Waiting for the Celebrate a Street Party to start...
Our little family began as a friendship that developed over time into love. Nate & I got married in August 2006, and are living in Herriman, UT. Nate works in the finance department at a project management software company. Nathanial joined our family in February 2007. And Kellan joined us in May 2011. I love my boys!! Life couldn't be sweeter!
